Morris County Man Recorded Women Inside Park Bathroom

BOONTON, NJ – Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll, Chief of Detectives Robert McNally, and Boonton Township Police Chief Thomas Cacciabeve have announced the arrest of Justin N. Emker, 19, of Butler, NJ. Emker is charged with three counts of third-degree Invasion of Privacy.

On July 22, Boonton Township police officers were alerted by a concerned citizen at the Rockaway Valley Aerodrome (RVA) Fields in Boonton about a suspicious individual in the women’s restroom.

Officers discovered Emker in one of the bathroom stalls. A subsequent investigation revealed three videos on Emker’s phone allegedly showing adult women in compromising positions inside the restroom.

Emker was arrested and later released under the Criminal Justice Reform Act, with conditions including monitoring, prohibition from returning to the RVA Fields, and limited cell phone usage.
