PHILADELPHIA, PA- The Philadelphia Police Department is urgently seeking the public’s assistance in locating 63-year-old missing person John Scruggs. John was last seen on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 9:45 A.M., in the area of the 5200 block of Market Street.
John Scruggs is described as being 6 feet tall, with a thin build, brown eyes, and grey hair. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a white t-shirt, yellow jogging pants, and a gray Jeff cap.
