Seaford Man Arrested for Series of Burglaries

SEAFORD, DE – On Wednesday, Delaware State Police apprehended Damien Bozman, a 20-year-old resident of Seaford, on several charges. This arrest followed an investigation into a series of burglaries and thefts in July.

Troopers were called to residences on Chipmans Chase Drive and Fire Tower Road in Laurel on the morning of Wednesday, July 13.

They found that two suspects had unlawfully entered six properties and stole items from eight victims. Ryan Howell was identified and apprehended on July 25, with Bozman identified as the second suspect.

Bozman, already in the custody of the Department of Corrections on unrelated charges, was charged with a series of crimes, including two counts of burglary third degree (felony), attempted theft under $1,500 where the victim is 62 years of age or older (felony), among others.

He has been released on his own recognizance but remains under the custody of the Department of Corrections.
