Toms River Woman Gets Five Years in Deadly Stabbing of Ex-Boyfriend

OCEAN COUNTY, NJ – Samantha Massimino, a 36-year-old resident of Toms River, has been sentenced to five years in New Jersey State Prison for her involvement in the death of Reinaldo Feliciano, Jr.

The sentencing, which took place on Friday, requires Massimino to serve at least 85% of her sentence under the No Early Release Act.

The incident, which occurred in the early hours of October 24, 2020, began with a physical altercation at a Toms River residence.

Massimino, who had been in a previous relationship with Mr. Feliciano, stabbed him in the leg during the dispute.

The victim later succumbed to his injuries at Community Medical Center. Prosecutor Jamie Schron handled the case with assistance from multiple law enforcement units.
