Police Investigating Fatal Crash in Dundalk

DUNDALK, MD – Police are investigating a fatal crash on Saturday in Dundalk.

At around 11:40 p.m., the Baltimore County Police Department responded to a motor vehicle collision at Merritt Boulevard and Holabird Avenue.

According to the findings of the Baltimore County Police Crash Team, the collision involved a 2023 Kawasaki KLX 110R, an off-road dirt bike, traveling east on Holabird Avenue, and a 2022 Hyundai Elantra heading southbound on Merritt Boulevard.

Both vehicles entered the intersection of Merritt Boulevard and Holabird Avenue, resulting in a collision between the Hyundai and the Kawasaki.

Tragically, the driver of the Kawasaki, 33-year-old Jessica M. Schuman, was ejected from the vehicle during the collision. She was transported to a local area hospital where she was pronounced deceased.

The Baltimore County Crash Team is continuing its investigation into the incident.
