Man Arrested After Suspicious Activity Near Towson High School

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD – Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Department arrested 39-year-old Charles Wattles after multiple incidents in Cockeysville and Towson.

On Tuesday, August 1, a report was filed regarding a suspicious individual at Towson High School.

By Saturday, another incident took place where a resident claimed to be followed by a male who tried to enter her Towson residence.

Later that day, officers from Cockeysville responded to an assault involving Wattles.

Wattles was apprehended on Sunday morning and is held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center. Anyone with further information is asked to contact the Towson Police Department at 410-887-2361.
