Teens Jumped by Group Inside Bronx Apartment Building

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is asking to the public for assistance in locating individuals connected to an attempted robbery.

On Tuesday, July 25, at around 8:00 p.m., two 16-year-old boys were heading towards 2980 Valentine Avenue when they were approached by three unidentified males, presumably in their 20s.

Upon entering the building’s lobby, one of the suspects attempted to rob the boys.

 Shortly after, he fled the scene without taking anything.

No injuries were reported.
