Monroe County-based 390 Auto Group Faces Lawsuit for Deceptive Practices

HARRISBURG, PA – Attorney General Michelle Henry has announced a lawsuit against 390 Auto Group, LLC, and its owner, Elias Baladi.

The dealership, based in Monroe County, is accused of selling vehicles without disclosing significant operational issues.

Despite advertising “quality automobiles at the best price possible”, many vehicles sold were found to be unreliable.

Some had severe engine and transmission problems.

The lawsuit demands restitution for affected consumers, a permanent ban on 390 Auto from selling vehicles in Pennsylvania, and civil penalties for each violation of the Consumer Protection Law.
