NYFD EMT Charged with Assault

NEW YORK, NY – A 36-year-old male, identified as Robert Soto, who is an off-duty New York City employee working as an FDNY EMT, was arrested and charged with assault within the jurisdiction of the 43rd Precinct.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, August 9th, at 8:45 PM.

The NYPD did not release any further information regarding the arrest. Soto was arrested in the Bronx.
