D.C. Police Ask For Help To Locate Vehicle in Armed Robbery

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department’s investigators are reaching out to the community for help in locating a vehicle connected to an Armed Robbery that took place on Wednesday evening in Northeast D.C.

Shortly after 8 pm, the suspects emerged from a vehicle and moved towards the victims located at the 1400 block of Maryland Avenue. Displaying handguns, the assailants forcibly took property from the victims and promptly made their getaway using the vehicle.

At approximately 8:14 pm, the suspects exited a vehicle and approached the victims at the listed location. The suspects brandished handguns and took property from the victims, then fled the scene in the vehicle. 

Nearby surveillance cameras captured the suspect’s vehicle.
