NYPD Seeking to Identify MTA Bus Groping Suspect

NEW YORK CITY - MTA Bus Route x7 on Fifth Avenue at 42nd Street, New York City, USA.

The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual connected to a forcible touching incident in Alphabet City in June.

On June 23,at around 4:20 PM, a 29-year-old female victim was on a moving MTA M14D Select Bus when an unknown person approached her. This individual inappropriately touched the victim’s buttocks multiple times over her clothing without consent.

The incident took place on the bus, and the person was last seen leaving the bus at East 12 Street and Avenue C. Fortunately, the victim did not sustain any physical injuries as a result of this incident.A picture of the individual being sought is provided in the attached media.
