Police Seeking Car Used in COTA Bus Drive-by Shooting

COLUMBUS, OH – Have you seen this vehicle before?

The CPD Felony Assault Unit detectives are seeking information about this SUV or its individuals during a shooting incident on August 8, in South Linden near E. 20 St. and Hamilton Ave.

In this incident, gunfire struck a COTA bus multiple times, narrowly avoiding the driver. Additionally, gunshots hit a nearby house.

The vehicle in question is believed to be a white Mazda SUV. It might show signs of damage or discoloration on the front passenger fender; notably, the license plate is missing. Detectives are keen to uncover its whereabouts and identify the individuals linked to this incident.
