Teen Victim of Brutal NYC Gang Attack Aboard MTA Bus

NEW YORK, NY – On Wednesday, a 15-year-old boy was the victim of a brutal gang attack in the Bronx. After the attack aboard an MTA bus near Crotona Park, the boy is in critical but stable condition.

On Wednesday, August 2, around 10:00 PM, aboard an MTA Bx36 bus near Southern Boulevard and East 176 Street, a 15-year-old male victim was confronted by a group of unidentified individuals. The victim was subjected to punches and kicks by the group, who then fled on foot into Crotona Park. The victim sustained physical injuries and was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital in serious but stable condition. No belongings were taken from the victim during the assault.
