CAMBRIDGE, MD – On Friday, August 4, at 9:50 am, CPD Officers located and served James Scott Pounds, 37, of Cambridge, with a Criminal Summons on Gay St.

Pounds was released upon his signature.

Charges against Pounds include Theft valued between $1,500.00 and $25,000.00, Failure to Perform a Contract and Acting as a Contractor without License.

The charges originated from a report stating that between February 6, and March 20, Pounds entered into a home improvement contract valued at $6,150.00 in Toddville.

Despite receiving full payment, Pounds allegedly failed to start the agreed-upon improvements. Based on these findings, the Department of Labor MHIC filed charges against Pounds.
