DAYTON, OH – Early Saturday, in Old North Dayton, a man lost his life after a reported shooting incident.
Based on information from the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch, Dayton Police were alerted around 3:23 a.m. and made their way to the area of Leo Street.
Responding to a shooting report, they discovered a man who had reportedly been shot.
The injured individual was transported to Miami Valley Hospital but was declared deceased upon arrival.
Dayton Police have taken an alleged suspect into custody, and currently, the incident remains under examination.
