Stabbing Reported at Wendy’s in Crofton

CROFTON, MD – On Monday, at around 4:00 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Wendy’s located at 1064 Crain Highway in Crofton following reports of a stabbing.

The investigation revealed that the victim, while attempting to enter her vehicle in the parking area, was confronted and subsequently stabbed multiple times in the torso by a known suspect.

The 41-year-old Hispanic male from Crofton fled the scene in a vehicle before the officers’ arrival.

The injured victim was immediately transported to a nearby trauma center with severe injuries.

Charges have been filed against the suspect, and a warrant for his arrest has been issued. The Fugitive Apprehension Team is currently in pursuit of the suspect.
