New York Firefighter in Hot Water After Arrest

On Wednesday, August 16, at 9:56 p.m., an off-duty New York City employee, identified as Derelle Guy, a 34-year-old FDNY firefighter, was taken into custody in Brooklyn.

Guy is charged with the unlawful dissemination and publication of an intimate image. He also faces a motor vehicle violation for operating with a suspended registration.

Additionally, he is charged as an aggravated unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle. He violated a local law and was found operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Guy also failed to produce an insurance card at the time of his arrest and was cited for a motor vehicle license violation for not having a license.
