Accidental Gun Discharge Wounds Man in Pittsburgh Bar

PITTSBURGH, PA — On Wednesday night, in a bar located on the 2100 block of East Carson Street, a shooting incident occurred.

Close to 9 p.m., an accidental gunshot left a man injured, according to the Pittsburgh Police Department.

The incident, which unfolded in the restroom, involved two men.

Reports indicate that while they were inside, one of them inadvertently fired a round. The bullet hit the other individual in the hip. No prior altercation or dispute is believed to have taken place.

The injured party was transported to a local hospital, where he remains in stable condition.
