NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an individual connected to a forcible touching incident.
On Tuesday, August 1, around 9:05 pm, a 33-year-old female was walking near 33rd Street and 5th Avenue when an unidentified person on a bicycle approached her.
The individual slapped the woman’s buttocks and then fled the scene.
The victim did not sustain any physical injuries.
