Teens Charged for Shooting 15-Year-Old at Trenton Birthday Party

TRENTON, NJ – On Sunday, July 16, a shooting transpired at 620 New York Avenue, Ambassador Banquet Hall, during a private birthday celebration.

A 15-year-old boy was hit by a bullet but sustained non-fatal injuries.

The Mercer County Shooting Response Team, led by Detective Sergeant Cox, launched an investigation into the matter.

Their efforts led to the execution of several residential search and arrest warrants.

By last Tuesday, two juvenile males were arrested in connection with the incident and are facing charges of aggravated assault and weapons offenses.
