Howell Township Police Issue Warning for Proper Parking During Football Season

HOWELL TOWNSHIP, NJ – With the commencement of football season for Howell AYF on Oak Glen Rd, Howell Township Police Department has expressed concern over numerous complaints regarding improper parking during games and football weekends.The improper parking along Oak Glen Rd has caused visibility issues and increased danger to pedestrians crossing the road. In response to these concerns, the police department has urged everyone to observe the posted “No Parking” signs in the area.Alternative parking is available in the overflow lot across the street from the field, the public lot at the Police Department, or at Oak Glen Park. Howell AYF has been notified and will distribute this information to their teams.The department has made it clear that officers will take action if necessary to ensure compliance with the parking regulations.
