Adopt a Pet at Toms River’s Animal Shelter

TOMS RIVER, NJ – The Toms River Animal Shelter is extending an invitation to those looking to adopt a new furry family member. As one of the few municipally-run shelters in New Jersey, the shelter offers services including adoptions, animal control, and owner relinquishments.

Potential pet owners can explore the shelter’s animals available for adoption on Petfinder.com. The shelter is open for adoptions, by appointment only, every day from 1pm to 4pm.

For those interested in meeting the animals, meet and greets are available by calling 732-341-1000 ext. 8450.

By providing a connection between animals in need and caring homes, the Toms River Animal Shelter plays a vital role in the community, helping to ensure that every paw finds a loving home.
