Arrest Made in Domestic Assault Case in Parkesburg

PARKESBURG, PA – On Monday, at approximately 12:10 pm, Richard Harkless was arrested for Aggravated Assault and related offenses.

The arrest followed a domestic dispute on the 300 block of Main Street in Parkesburg.

Harkless was arraigned by District Judge Nancy Gill, and his bail was set at $75,000 cash.

He has been remanded to the Chester County Prison and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on August 31, at the Parkesburg District Court.

The case is under investigation, and further updates will be provided as they become available.
