Wilkes-Barre Police Say Dog Found Two Weeks Ago still Unclaimed

Wilkes-Barre, PA – The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the owner of a dog found in the area of Coal Street and Wilkes-Barre Blvd. on August 14.

The dog was discovered by a citizen who reported it to the authorities.

Anyone with information regarding the owner of the dog is asked to contact Officer Wychock at 570-208-4224.
