Mobile vaccination teams begin visiting Los Angeles schools to vaccinate middle and high school students

VOORHEES TOWNSHIP, NJ – As schools prepare to reopen for the new academic year starting the week of September 4, the Voorhees Township Police have released a series of safety tips.

The guidelines cover various forms of commuting to school, including walking, bicycle riding, and taking the school bus.

Parents and guardians are advised to teach children essential road safety measures, such as looking left, right, and left again before crossing the street.

Children should be reminded to put away phones and other devices while crossing.

Walking on sidewalks and using designated crosswalks is recommended whenever possible.
