Winning Lottery Ticket Worth $1.06 Million Claimed in Westmoreland County

MOUNT PLEASANT, PA – Officials presented a $1.06 million ceremonial check today to the winner of a Match 6 Lotto ticket for the July 13 drawing. The presentation was at S & S Corner Market, where the ticket was sold.

The winner, Don Goulding Sr., 68, from Westmoreland County, revealed he made the discovery on his birthday. Goulding, a part-time auto parts delivery driver, was elated to share the news with a friend who was passing by his home.

The retailer, S & S Corner Market, located at 106 Apollo Road in Mount Pleasant, received a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket. Owner Lori Dailey expressed excitement at the store’s role in the win.

Pennsylvania Lottery Executive Director Drew Svitko congratulated Goulding and thanked all players and retailers for their contributions to senior programs in the state.

The recent jackpot run for the game started on June 25 and ended on July 13, accumulating over $5.42 million in sales and an estimated $2.2 million in profits for senior citizen programs.
