Suspect Charged for Assault, Endangering Welfare of Children

HANOVER TWP., PA – Delante Chloe was arrested by the Hanover Township Police Department last Saturday following an incident on Boland Avenue.

Chloe faced arraignment in front of District Magistrate Joseph Halesey and was sent to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility with a cash bail set at $250,000.

Chloe has been charged with one count each of aggravated assault, aggravated indecent assault without consent, endangering the welfare of children, simple assault, indecent assault without consent, unlawful restraint causing serious bodily injury, and harassment.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for next Wednesday, September 6, at 8:15 am at the Luzerne County Central Court.

The Hanover Township Police Department is responsible for law enforcement in the area, and they have not yet released additional details about the incident on Boland Avenue. Those with information related to the case are asked to contact the police.
