Two Charged for Human Trafficking Children in Williamsport

WILLIAMSPORT, PA – On Monday, Victor Eugene Booth, a 40-year-old male, was arrested in the Jersey Shore Area by the U.S. Marshal Service.

Booth has been charged with Trafficking in Individuals, Prostitution and Related Offenses, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

During an investigation conducted by the Williamsport Police, Booth, along with Jennifer Gibbs and Allen Frazier, were found to be involved in grooming two female juveniles, ages 12 and 16, for sexual exploitation.

Booth admitted that the juveniles were to be trafficked for crack cocaine and cash on August 3rd.

Booth was transported to Williamsport and arraigned by District Magistrate Aaron Biichle. He is currently detained at Lycoming County Prison with a bail set at $125,000. Anyone with additional information regarding this investigation should contact Agt. Benjamin Hitesman at 570-327-7595.
