NEW YORK — The New York City Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Isaiah Shand, who was reported missing on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. Isaiah lives near West 133 Street in Harlem.
Isaiah was last seen at his residence on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at approximately 11:45 p.m. He is described as 5 feet tall, weighing 130 pounds, with a light complexion and brown eyes.
