37th Annual Scandinavian Fest Returns to NJ Vasa Park

Budd Lake, NJ — The 37th Annual Scandinavian Fest, also known as ScanFest ’23, is set to take place on September 3, 2023, at NJ Vasa Park located at 1 Vasa Dr, Budd Lake. The event offers an immersive experience into the rich cultures of the six Nordic nations: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.

Attendees can look forward to a wide array of activities and offerings, including food and craft vendors, unique gifts, live entertainment, and traditional dancing. Additionally, re-enactors will be present along with a kids’ program filled with activities to engage the younger attendees.

Visitors will also see folk dress, artisans, field contests, various music genres, and demonstrations. Vikings will even be a part of the festivities, adding a historical touch to the event.
