NYPD Continues Search For Crotona Park Perv

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man wanted in connection with an attempted criminal sexual act in Crotona Park.

On August 18, at approximately 8:30 a.m., a 39-year-old female was sitting in the park when an unknown individual approached and initiated a conversation. The man left but returned shortly after and exposed himself, attempting to have the victim perform a sexual act.

The victim was able to distance herself from the individual, who was last seen fleeing from the park.

The victim was taken to Saint Barnabas Hospital for evaluation and is in stable condition.

The man is described as having a light complexion, short curly hair, and facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sweatpants, and black sandals.
