Human Traffic Arrested in Ben Salem

BENSALEM, PA – On Thursday, the Bensalem Township Police Special Investigations Unit arrested Dennis Ruoff on multiple charges including Human Trafficking and sexual assault.

Ruoff was arraigned by District Justice Michael Gallagher and is being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility on 10% of $1,000,000 bail.

The unit responded to the Inn of the Dove for a prostitution investigation at room #114. Ruoff had rented the room and had two active warrants.

After securing the room to obtain a search warrant, Ruoff surrendered to police. Two adult females were discovered inside the room.

Upon interviewing the females, it was revealed that Ruoff was trafficking them by providing drugs and setting up “dates” on a website. One of the females also stated that Ruoff sexually assaulted her.
