Philadelphia Police Seek Fugitive Wanted for Murder on 56th Street

PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department’s Homicide Unit is investigating the murder of a 49-year-old male that occurred on Thursday, April 29, at approximately 11:14 PM, at 56th Street and Wyalusing Avenue.

The suspect is described as a Black male in his late 30s to mid-40s, approximately 5’10” to 6’1″ tall, and stocky built.

He was seen wearing a dark-colored hooded jacket with a light-colored design on the chest and a distinct yellow mark on the left side of the hood, as well as dark-colored pants and boots. The suspect appears to walk with a slight limp in his right leg.

The City of Philadelphia is offering a reward of $20,000 leading to an arrest and conviction for this homicide.
