PRESTON, MD – On Tuesday, at approximately 9 am, officers from the CPD responded to a call for service and located Sarah Elizabeth Lochary, a 22-year-old resident of Preston.

Lochary had multiple outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was arrested and transported to CPD for processing before her initial court appearance. Lochary is currently held at the Dorchester County Department of Corrections with no bond.

The warrants against Lochary include violations of probation on original charges ranging from theft to drug possession. Additionally, she faces charges of Escape 2nd Degree Conditions of Release stemming from an incident on July 12.
