Man Arrested for Attempted Bank Robbery in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, DE – Kendall Davis, a 30-year-old resident of Newark, Delaware, was arrested for an attempted robbery at WSFS Bank on Thursday.

Delaware State Police responded to the scene at approximately 10:24 a.m. at 1700 Rocky Run Parkway.

Davis allegedly presented a note to bank tellers demanding money but fled the scene without obtaining any cash.

He was located and arrested at the intersection of Naamans Road and Concord Pike. Video surveillance from the bank confirmed Davis as the suspect.

Davis has been charged with two counts of Attempted Robbery First Degree and is currently held at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on a $120,000 cash bail.
