27-Year-Old Killed In Bear Crash

BEAR, DE – Carlos Segundo-Potrero, a 27-year-old resident of Bear, Delaware, died on Saturday, from injuries sustained in a crash that occurred on August 30.

The Delaware State Police are continuing their investigation into the incident.

The crash involved a 2017 Volvo tractor and a 2007 Toyota Camry on State Route 1. Segundo-Potrero, the operator of the Toyota, was initially admitted to an area hospital for critical injuries but later succumbed to them.

A 32-year-old female passenger in the Toyota was also hospitalized for serious injuries, while the operator of the Volvo was unharmed.

The Delaware State Police are asking anyone with information about the crash to come forward.
