Arrest Made in D.C. Attempted Bank Robbery

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The D.C. Metro Police have arrested a suspect in an Attempted Bank Robbery on the 2100 block of L Street in Northwest, D.C.

The incident occurred last Tuesday, August 29th, at around 12:07 p.m. The suspect entered the bank and passed a note to a teller demanding money. The bank’s employees did not comply, and the suspect left without obtaining any property.

On Monday, 26-year-old Teriona Blango of Northwest, D.C., was arrested and charged with Attempted Bank Robbery.
