Atco Raceway Forest Fire Affecting Residents in Evesham

EVESHAM TOWNSHIP, NJ – Smoke from the ongoing Atco Raceway forest fire is moving into Evesham Township, affecting several local areas but posing no significant risk to the community.

Residents have reported noticeable smoke in the Hopewell and Kettle Run Road areas, stretching from the Camden/Burlington County line to the Kings Grant area. Additionally, smoke will affect the Marlton Lakes, Little Mill Country Club, Santuary, Little Mill Woods, Norrsken Lake, and portions of Kings Grant developments.

Evesham Fire Department advises that the smoke presents no significant risk to the community and there is no need to call 911.
