Bucks County Dental Group Faces Lawsuit for Misleading Patients

HARRISBURG, PA – Attorney General Michelle Henry has filed a lawsuit against Bucks County-based Infinity Dental Management, LLC, also known as Alpha Dental Excellence.

The lawsuit alleges that the dental group misled patients into obtaining loans for procedures not covered by Medicare or private insurance.

According to the lawsuit, the dental group violated the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. The suit seeks to ban Alpha and its affiliates from offering dental and credit services in Pennsylvania and demands consumer restitution and civil penalties.

From January 2015 through August 2022, Alpha assisted patients in applying for approximately 5,329 loans, totaling at least $10,195,487.

The lawsuit alleges that Alpha collected over $500,000 in fees while violating the Credit Services Act.
