75-Year-Old Killed in Pedestrian Crash in Owings Mill

OWINGS MILL, MD – On Wednesday, at approximately 11:05 p.m., officers with the Baltimore County Police Department responded to a reported pedestrian crash near the intersection of Painters Mill Road and Owings Choice Court.

Reginald Haysbert, 75, was struck by a vehicle believed to be a dark-colored or black 2013-2015 Honda Accord.

Haysbert was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The driver of the Honda did not remain at the scene.

The Baltimore County Police Department Crash Team is actively investigating the incident.
