Man Struck in Head with Glass Bottle by Moped Rider

NEW YORK, NY – A 24-year-old man was struck in the head with a glass bottle by an unidentified male riding a moped near East 23rd Street and 2nd Avenue, according to New York City Police Department reports.

The incident took place on Monday, August 14, at around 1:30 p.m. The suspect fled the scene on his moped, disappearing into parts unknown. The victim declined medical treatment.
