Staten Island Man Arrested for Murder of Anthony Williams

STATEN ISLAND, NY – Enrique Scott, a 47-year-old male from Staten Island, was arrested and charged on Thursday, in relation to a homicide.

The incident took place on Sunday, August 27, at approximately 12:40 pm inside 35 Holland Avenue.

Police responded to a 911 call and found Anthony Williams, a 63-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive with body trauma.

Williams was pronounced dead at the scene. Scott now faces charges of Murder and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.

The New York City Police Department continues to investigate the case. Anyone with relevant information is asked to come forward.
