QUEENS, NY – Rahlik Pinnock, 34, was arraigned on Saturday on multiple charges, including attempted murder in the second degree. The charges stem from an incident on February 1, 2022, where Pinnock allegedly tried to solicit a woman for prostitution and later stabbed her boyfriend.

The boyfriend confronted Pinnock at a liquor store after being informed of the solicitation attempt. A verbal dispute ensued, and Pinnock later stabbed the man multiple times in the chest and arm. The victim underwent life-saving surgery for his injuries.

Pinnock evaded capture for several months but was apprehended in Pennsylvania in June and extradited to New York on September 7.

He is scheduled to return to court on September 18 and faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.

The Queens District Attorney’s Office is prosecuting the case, and anyone with additional information is asked to come forward.
