Gunshots Heard by Baltimore Police Lead to Discovery of 19-Year-Old Shot

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A 19-year-old male was shot yesterday evening in Central Baltimore.

Baltimore police officers were patrolling the area near the Broadway Corridor when they heard shots fired at about 7:15 p.m. Responding to a subsequent call; they located a 19-year-old male with a gunshot wound in the 200 block of South Broadway.

Medics transported the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment. His condition is unknown at this time

Central District detectives have assumed control over the investigation. They are urging anyone with information to call 410-396-2411 or submit an anonymous tip to Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
