Multiple Drug Related Arrests Made in Wall

WALL, NJ – Wall Township police officers made several arrests in a span of two days, ranging from drug possession to driving infractions.

Patrolman Ken Bala arrested Cindy L. Schools, 53, of Brielle, during a suspicious vehicle investigation near 1909 State Highway 35. Schools was found in possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia. She was processed and released on a summons.

In another incident on Allaire Road, Patrolman James Yannazzone arrested Tyree M. Sutton, 27, of Old Bridge, based on an active warrant out of Keansburg. Sutton was processed and released after posting full cash bail.

On State Highway 35, Patrolman Tim Margadonna arrested Bernardino Romero-Varela, 29, of Eatontown for driving while intoxicated. Romero-Varela was also found operating a motor vehicle without a license. He was processed and released under John’s Law.

Every defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, following a trial where they are guaranteed all rights under the United States Constitution and New Jersey State Law.
