AKRON, OH – Detectives have arrested five juveniles, two males and three females aged 10-16, in connection with an assault that left a 52-year-old woman severely injured.
Each of the arrested individuals faces charges of Felonious Assault and Aggravated Robbery.
The investigation involved numerous interviews, evidence collection, and surveillance photo reviews.
The detectives were assisted by patrol officers in identifying persons of interest early in the investigation.
The focus of the investigation remains on achieving justice and accountability for the victim. The arrested juveniles are currently in custody, and the investigation is ongoing.
