Off-Duty NYC Corrections Employee Arrested on Child Endangerment and Assault Charges

Blackwood, a 43-year-old male, faces charges of endangering the welfare of a child and assault. The arrest took place at 1925 hours, as confirmed by law enforcement authorities.
