34-Year-Old Man Shot and Killed in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, NC – Tony Brewer, a 34-year-old resident, died from his injuries following a shooting on Saturday.

 Greensboro Police responded to the 700 block of McPherson Street at around 7:20 a.m. after receiving reports of a shooting.

Upon arrival, officers found Brewer with life-threatening gunshot wounds. He was later pronounced dead, and the case is now being investigated as a homicide.

No suspect information is currently available, and the investigation is ongoing.

Greensboro Police are asking anyone with information relevant to this case to contact them.
