DWI Arrests, Shoplifting Reported in Wall Township

WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ – Mellisa A. Bass, Ralph J. Parkman 3rd, and Rigo Lopez-Riano were arrested in separate incidents involving driving while intoxicated and shoplifting.

Patrolman Kevin Donegan arrested Mellisa A. Bass (50) of Lakewood for driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on State Route 138. Bass was processed and later released in accordance with John’s Law.

In another case, Patrolman Chris Roeck arrested Ralph J. Parkman 3rd of Neptune for shoplifting from Shop Rite located on State Highway 35. The initial investigation was completed by Patrolman Alexandra Clayton. Parkman was processed and subsequently transported to Monmouth County Correctional Facility.

Similarly, Patrolman Megan Alexander arrested Rigo Lopez-Riano (36) of Belmar for driving while intoxicated after a motor vehicle stop on State Highway 35. Lopez-Riano was processed and released in compliance with John’s Law.

All individuals were processed as per the respective cases, and the incidents remain under further investigation.
