Man Shot Dead in North Philadelphia, Suspect Flees on Bike

PHILADELPHIA, PA – A 26-year-old man was pronounced dead after being shot early Sunday morning in North Philadelphia.

The incident occurred on the 2800 block of North Bonsall Street around 3 a.m. The victim was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police report that the suspect was seen fleeing the scene on a bike.

No further details about the suspect have been released at this time.

The Philadelphia Police Department is actively investigating the case and encourages anyone with information to come forward.
